This is how we work
Next Level Global
Speed is important in recruitment, but that alone is not enough.
A vacancy can be filled quickly, but that does not necessarily mean the candidate is a good fit for the company’s needs. A job offer can be accepted quickly, only for the fine print to come to light later. That is why we do not base our decisions on speed, but on proper preparation, which supports not only swift but also well-informed decision-making.
Next Level Global’s approach is based on clarifying the details right from the start and defining everything precisely. When laying the right foundations, the emphasis is on thoroughness rather than speed. Proper documentation ensures that subsequent steps run smoothly.
Finding the right candidate it’s not a matter of luck
We understand the situation
We do not immediately start filling our partners’ databases with CVs that are not relevant. As a first step, we gain an understanding of the background to the position, the role to be filled, the necessary hard and soft skills, and the remuneration package. We then make recommendations for the position and proceed to fill it.
We don’t use templates
We don’t just work from databases, and we don’t passively wait for applicants to come to us. We actively seek out and approach people who may genuinely be suitable for the role in question. Once we have clarified the details, we begin proactive searches using our own and external databases. These searches are supported by job advertisements, our extensive network of contacts and our strategic partnerships.
We pre-screen and refine
An application alone does not constitute eligibility.
During the process, we take into account professional experience, motivation, availability, the seriousness of the candidate’s intention to take up employment, language skills, supporting documents and eligibility criteria.
We produce customisable candidate assessments for our corporate partners, ensuring they receive not just a CV, but also useful information to aid their decision-making. This helps to make the selection process faster, more accurate and more transparent.
Let’s clarify the terms
When working abroad, it is particularly important to ensure there are no grey areas. What is the expected salary? What is the accommodation like? What documents are required? Who will help you get started? What costs should you expect? What happens on your first day at work?
We don’t want to answer these questions after the event, but before we set off.
We support the start-up phase and the initial period
Our work does not end when a candidate accepts an offer or signs a contract. The initial period is always a delicate one: a new country, a new work routine, new expectations, a new environment.
That is why we consider follow-up, maintaining contact and feedback to be important.
