Guarantees and transparency
honest foundations
What we undertake to do, and what we do not promise irresponsibly
In the field of employment and recruitment, transparency is not a matter of courtesy. It is a fundamental requirement.
In the field of employment and recruitment, transparency is not a matter of courtesy. It is a fundamental requirement. An employee must know the terms and conditions under which they are starting. A company must know what process, what screening and what level of cooperation it can expect. And a recruitment agency must clearly communicate what it undertakes to do, and what it cannot responsibly promise. One of the cornerstones of Next Level Global’s operations is that we build not on uncertainty, but on clear terms and conditions.
Transparent communication
From the employees’ perspective, we believe it is important that applicants understand as clearly as possible, even before they start, that:
- what job you are applying for;
- under what conditions they can work;
- what sort of accommodation or housing is provided for the job in question;
- what documents you may need;
- what language skills or experience would be an advantage;
- what costs, risks or difficulties in adapting might arise.
Transparency is just as important on a company website:
- what recruitment process we recommend;
- which candidates are realistically available;
- what timeframe should be taken into account;
- what information we need to carry out an accurate search;
- how the pre-selection process and the presentation of candidates take place.
Responsible broadcasting, realistic expectations
We don’t make promises just because they sound good. We only communicate what we can commit to in a professionally responsible manner.
No empty promises
We do not claim that every vacancy can be filled quickly. We do not claim that every applicant is suitable for the role in question. We do not claim that, in the case of a post abroad, life there will be easy for everyone straight away.
It is important to make these points clear because responsible brokerage is not made reliable by flowery promises, but by addressing risks in good time.
Our job is to help people make more informed decisions. It is not to get anyone into just any job.
Clarification of costs and terms and conditions
We clarify the terms of our collaboration with our corporate partners in advance. Among Next Level’s key principles are avoiding hidden costs, open communication, and the fact that our work does not end with the signing of the candidate’s contract.
From the employee’s perspective, it is also important that no one is left in the dark about fundamental issues at a later stage. Wages, accommodation, travel arrangements, the first day at work and administrative requirements are all matters that should be clarified in advance wherever possible.
Verifiable process
Trust is not built by talking about it a lot, but by ensuring that the process is transparent.
what happens after you apply;
when can I expect a reply;
what further information is required;
who is in charge of liaising;
when a decision might be reached;
what happens before setting off or starting work.
What does the term warranty?
For us, a guarantee is not an irresponsible promise that everything will be perfect.
We do not take applications lightly.
We will no longer forward candidates without further information.
We won’t gloss over the important conditions.
We don’t make promises about things we can’t be certain of.
We do not let the process come to an end the moment the contract is signed.
We aim to ensure that both employers and employees are given a realistic picture.
Responsible broadcasting
Recruitment is always about the decisions made by people and companies.
That is why, for us, transparency is not an additional service, but the very foundation of our operations.
Next Level Global’s aim is to ensure that working abroad and international recruitment are not a leap into the unknown, but a well-prepared, verifiable and professionally supported process.
